During this 6 week after school camp, artists explore shapes, texture and colors of seashells, starfish, and corals to create their own under the sea garden. Artists will use print-making techniques, work with model magic, and create a magical mermaid or turtle to add to their colorful composition. Each Artist will leave with a 18”x24” masterpiece to hang on their wall to proudly display their hard work.

A little bit about my goals for Happily Ever Crafter; my focus is process art that encourages wonder and exploration. I use a variety of mediums and techniques including but not limited to painting, sculpture, print making, and various “loose parts” for “tinker labs”. I use a variety of recycled and found objects to experiment, discover, and form new concepts about the world around us. At Happily Ever Crafter it’s about the process, wonder, and learning through play.

There is only one sign up for the whole 6 week course. Class is every Tuesday starting 9/5 and ending 10/10.
