Time of workshop must be within our normal store hours. We schedule 1 hr to set up and 30 mins to clean up (eg. if your class is 12pm – 2pm, we block the room 11am – 2:30pm). CLASSES STARTING BEFORE 11AM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. There is an extra charge of $20/hr for workshops longer than 2 hours.

Host is responsible for all supplies, including but not limited to table coverings, paint, bushes, pencils, paper, etc. GATHER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Hosting a workshop requires a $20 non refundable deposit as well as a 25/75 split in the host favor. Non refundable deposit is due with this form.

If class time is over 2 hrs, there is an extra $20 deposit.

We do not accept classes that begin before 11am or end after 4:30pm.

As the instructor you have the option of creating a class size minimum. If that minimum is not met or you should need to cancel the class for any reason, you will need to contact the participants yourself. You have the option of rescheduling your class and moving signups to the future date, or refunding the class. Gather will provide contact information as well as issue the refund upon request of the host. No refunds will be given after the payout has been processed for the event.

If the class needs to be rescheduled, a new non-refundable deposit needs to be paid for the rescheduled class.

If the host fails to provide the promised product or projects in a reasonable time (5-10 days after class date, unless otherwise noted), the host will be solely responsible for refunding 100% of the ticket cost to attendees.

Tickets are to be sold by Gather and Gather alone. Hosts will have access to link to our website where tickets are sold so they may promote their class.

Checks are paid 3 days after class is completed to allow for payment processing. If host is not able to pick up the check within a month, the check will be mailed with a $5 mailing fee.
