Make Money Teaching Your Craft!
Do you have a special skill or craft you would like to share with the community? We would love to have you! Within Gather we have created a classroom with you in mind. We are accepting a large variety of teaching opportunities, just come to us with your idea/skill and we will help you turn your dream into a reality!
Once your event and time is approved, a $20 deposit is collected to go towards advertising for the event. In addition, 25% of ticket sales will go to Gather Downtown to cover overhead fees. The remaining 75% of ticket sales will go directly to the event host, paid by check three days after the event. Store merchants who teach a class will get paid at the time of their normal monthly payout.
We’re Here To Help
Tickets are sold through Gather’s website or in person at Gather Downtown. Instructors will receive a log-in to keep track of ticket sales.
All promotional graphics will be created by Gather (unless otherwise specified) and applied as follows:
Facebook and Instagram graphics, posted to our social accounts.
Paid advertising on both Facebook and Instagram.
A Facebook event page.
In-store flyers.
Email promotions.
Plus, all collateral will be sent to the instructor to share with their own audience.
Please email photo(s) of completed projects to Jessie.gatherdowntown@gmail.com to include in the graphics and promotions. Make sure they are good quality for printing.
